We seek to disrupt patterns of exclusion and offer interns meaningful experiences that help prepare them for dynamic career paths. Through placing interns from historically excluded communities in paid internships, we aim to “erase the margins” in a variety of roles in the book industry.

We offer both remote and in-person internships, gathering interns virtually each week for cohort meetings and guest speakers.
